Covid-19 Update

Due to Covid-19, you may experience some longer than normal delay with your order.

Returns

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 – 10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@creativekeystrokes.net and send your item to: 2302 Parklake Dr. Ste. 142, Atlanta, GA 30345.

Shipping

Our products are shipped within Other using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2302 Parklake Dr. Ste. 142, Atlanta, GA 30345. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FINAL SALES

Personalized Items, Late Fees, and Handling Fees are NOT eligible for refunds.

All Customized/Personalized items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable. 

GOWN REFUNDS

If unfortunately, you are not eligible to graduate, you must contact and submit to our office a written request by email or mail PRIOR TO GRADUATION for refund on cap and gown unit or other certain qualified items. These items that qualify, must be returned to our office in 100% new condition and original packaging prior to graduation for eligibility. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks after graduation for processing of your refund. 

Any changes or cancelation must be done within 3 days of transaction.

UNDELIVERABLE/ UNCLAIMED ITEMS: 

Undelivered graduation merchandise/items will be held in our office for a maximum period of 10 days after graduation, and will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Unclaimed items, jackets, sweaters, patches, class rings after 30 days will NOT be eligible for a refund (including any deposits or payments). Since these are special customized items, they are subject to other actions to be taken if necessary for payment collection. 

***FINAL BALANCES***

FINAL BALANCES FOR GRADUATION MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY END OF JANUARY YOUR GRADUATION SEASON. Your Cap & Gown will NOT be released until all ordered items have been PAID IN FULL.
